The Trust Portal is a digital information system that lets the public find out about jewelry businesses registered with the Konya Goldsmiths and Jewelers Association. Through the portal you can check a business's registration with the association, access information prepared to support informed shopping, and contact our association about suspicious products or possible consumer harm.
The KSD QR code displayed in a store shows whether that business is registered with the Konya Goldsmiths and Jewelers Association and its current membership status. The QR code does not verify the fineness or authenticity of products; it only confirms the business's registration with the association.
No. Association membership shows that the business is registered with our association; it does not mean that all of the business's products have been approved. The Trust Portal does not automatically guarantee the fineness or authenticity of products. Please remember to obtain an invoice or receipt for your purchases and to check the product details.
Your complaints and reports reach our association through the Complaint Desk and are reviewed by our association. In disputes between a business and a consumer, our association offers the parties reconciliation and advisory support. Your right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the competent courts for formal legal claims is reserved.
