A breakfast consultation meeting between the Konya Goldsmiths and Jewelers Association and Konya Metropolitan Municipality was held at the Mevlana Bera Hotel. The meeting was attended by Metropolitan Mayor Tahir Akyürek, managers of the municipality's relevant departments and many of our members.
The meeting addressed street problems related to the historic Bedesten project, the MOBESE surveillance camera system, parking and traffic flow, the beautification of the Bedesten with green spaces, the problems of the Sarraflar Underground Bazaar and the preparations for Mevlana Week.
Delivering the opening speech, President İsmail Karagöz thanked Mayor Akyürek for meeting with the tradespeople despite his busy schedule. At the end of the meeting, Mayor Akyürek was presented with a painting.
