Our JTR Diamond Training and Certificate Programmes

Konya Goldsmiths and Jewelers Association – Professional Training Activities As the Konya Goldsmiths and Jewelers Association, we organised two separate diamond training programmes in cooperation with JTR (Jewellery Technology Research) to develop professional knowledge and expertise in our jewellery sector. The courses covered the characteristics of diamonds, the international 4C grading criteria (carat, colour, clarity and cut), quality classification and the importance of giving accurate information in the diamond trade. After the completion of both programmes, participants were presented with their certificates. With these courses we aimed to increase our colleagues' technical knowledge and competence, strengthen consumer confidence and contribute to a qualified, informed and trustworthy approach to trade in Konya's jewellery sector. We believe that education is the most valuable investment in the future of our profession.
