KSD Jewellery Academy – 2025 Training Activities at KTO Karatay University

As the Konya Goldsmiths and Jewelers Association, we held a range of training programmes at KTO Karatay University to deepen professional knowledge in the jewellery sector, strengthen commercial ethics and support the corporate development of our businesses. Our Training Topics 1. Ahi Culture and Tradesman Ethics – Professional values, honesty, solidarity and trust. 2. Sustainable Trade – Long-term commercial success, sustainability and responsible business. 3. Effective Communication – Customer relations, empathy, communication skills and trust. 4. Awareness of Halal and Haram – Lawful earnings in trade, the rights of others and religious and moral responsibilities. 5. Trade Ethics and Ethical Values – Justice, transparency and fair competition. 6. Basic Bookkeeping Training – Tracking income and expenses, current accounts, stock and basic financial records. 7. Modular Accounting Training – Accounting systems, record keeping and business monitoring in jewellery businesses. Our Goal To help raise jewellers who do not merely trade, but set an example with their knowledge, ethics, communication and business management.
